At DCPL Suits, we are a one-stop solution for premium unstitched ladies suits. From sourcing fabric to finishing, every step is handled internally by our skilled and experienced team to ensure top-quality suits. Yes, our unstitched suits are customizable. While we supply in bulk and ready-stock format, our team can help you choose specific fabrics, embroidery types, or suit lengths as per your market demand. For long-term business clients, we maintain suit design patterns and can even develop exclusive designs with collaborative planning.
Here’s a simplified view of our complete unstitched suit manufacturing process:
Fabric Sourcing & Weaving – Fabric is created in-house based on current fashion trends.
Dyeing or Printing – The fabric is sent to our dyeing unit for solid colors or to our digital print unit for printed designs.
Designing – Our in-house fashion designers create trial samples for market-fit, embroidery placement, and style.
Fabric Checking – All fabric is inspected for defects and then sent for cutting.
Embroidery & Handwork – Fresh cut fabric undergoes embroidery, khat work, or hand embellishments as per the design.
Final Cutting – Once complete, the suit is cut as per standard:
Top: 2.5 meters
Dupatta: 2.5 meters
Bottom: 2.7 meters
Photography & Cataloging – Final suit is professionally photographed for catalog and marketing.
Packaging & Dispatch – Suits are packed in branded bags and transferred to the dispatch department.
This process takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks from design to dispatch.
We dispatch ready stock the same day as the order is confirmed.
For custom orders, our full production cycle takes 3–4 weeks.
