4. What Is the Process of Manufacturing Your Unstitched Suits?

Here’s a simplified view of our complete unstitched suit manufacturing process:

1. Fabric Sourcing & Weaving – Fabric is created in-house based on current fashion trends.

2. Dyeing or Printing – The fabric is sent to our dyeing unit for solid colors or to our digital print unit for printed designs.

3. Designing – Our in-house fashion designers create trial samples for market-fit, embroidery placement, and style.

4. Fabric Checking – All fabric is inspected for defects and then sent for cutting.

5. Embroidery & Handwork – Fresh cut fabric undergoes embroidery, khat work, or hand embellishments as per the design.

6. Final Cutting – Once complete, the suit is cut as per standard:

   • Top: 2.5 meters

   • Dupatta: 2.5 meters

   • Bottom: 2.7 meters

7. Photography & Cataloging – Final suit is professionally photographed for catalog and marketing.

8. Packaging & Dispatch – Suits are packed in branded bags and transferred to the dispatch department.

This process takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks from design to dispatch.

5. How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?

We dispatch ready stock the same day as the order is confirmed.
For custom orders, our full production cycle takes 3–4 weeks.
