About this saree

In the spirit of Kerala's kasavu sarees, this cream Banarasi soft silk saree has a clean body framed by a gold zari border. The pallu is woven with gold zari stripes, and the whole look is light, bright and graceful, ideal for traditional ceremonies. The design was photographed at a traditional wedding, where the cream and gold look especially fresh.

At about 425 grams it is very light with a sheer, soft feel and an easy drape. The saree is 5.5 meters long and includes a 0.8 meter blouse piece, styled here with a gold-striped blouse.
